Where Next?

Places I’d like to visit:

1) Explore Malaysia

Now based in Singapore my plan for 2013 is to explore Malaysia, especially the mainland which is accessible by train and bus.

2) Explore Singapore

I intend to have plenty of days out exploring this city-state.

3) Madura

An idea for a short trip.

4) Papua

A biggy, for when I have more money! I would ideally like to have some kind of project to work on while I’m there, so that I’m not just a tourist.

 

 

 

Any ideas or recommendations about these places? Where do you think I should go?

  1. I highly recommend Trowulan for a tour around the ruins of the last Hindu/Buddist kingdom in Java: Majapahit. The museum is also worth a look.
